20 gallon setup for sale

I have two tanks at work and the property manager is is giving me grief about having the two so I am going to get rid of the one. Prices seem to be all over the place right now so rather than asking I will be most likely just be taking offers on the setup I will plug in a price of $400 as per the rules but feel free to send me an offer:
