Default Recommend a good scraper?

Well, It's time to scrape all the coraline off my back glass. The Urchin isn't keeping up, and I've had enough with the all pink. I have a scraper on a pole thing, interchangable heads, got from JL. But not a sharp blade. Can't get a mag float/scraper back there. Has to be done from inside the tank.

One side razor blades make quick work of coraline on glass. Held in a plastic sheath like this gives you more leverage and is safer as it will no slip out of your fingers as easily.

Pretty much everyting I get has to involve a road trip, or shipping. It sux, because I love to "window Shop" and impulse buy when I see somehting in a store. Online ordering, I hesitate, and rethink alot LOL

I bought one of these and it also comes with a metal blade; I have the 34” one because of the depth of my tank I am going to get the hand held version next for more control in certain areas. The replacement blades are cheap. http://www.customaquatic.com/estore/...TOM%20Aquarium

Ya, thats the one I allready have. I use the scraper in just my hand. not on the stick/handle. because it allows more scraping power in your hand. BUT, the blade's not sharp and it aint enough for my coraline. It like Super Algae LOL

The above yellow holder with blades I bought today at Rona. But I'm sure Canadian Tire would have them too. I cleaned all the coraline off my glass in minutes with the razor.

Yeah, I know someone that uses the finger hand held version for the coralline algae so when I place an order for my TMP I am getting the hand held and the finger model anything to make my life easier....
I don’t have coralline happening the way you guys and girls have it just a matter of time I guess

Tomjay, It's not a finger version I use, just the removable tip from the handle extension. But it works on mild coraline. But, let mine go for about 8 months now, and its become to thick
