Default MicroBubbles in Rena XP3

Has anyone had any experience dealing with major micro bubbles coming from their renaXP3 in a saltwater tank? if so what did you do to get rid of them?
I have tried cleaning the seal or O-ring, checked my intake line for loose connections, tipped the XP3 with the water in to try and release any air pockets, Ive tried different media in the baskets.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sammy
