Need a ballast that can be put in to a custom canopy 48" long. Needs to run 2 VHO's.

Whats the difference between workhorse and coralife? Coralife is 299.99 at least and workhorse is 60. How long does workhorse last and does it burnout lights in 6 months?

I would assume the difference is one has a picture of a fishie on it. That will almost always add a couple of hundred to anything!!
Seriously, though, I doubt there is any difference at all. You'd need the specs from both to compare. Where did the burnout in 6 months come from??
