I have a 28g long and I run it using a Calfo manifold for flow. My return system is run with a Reeflo Dart pump which Ts off into 7 loc-line ports. I keep a koralia 1 in the tank wired up to my battery back up just in case.

I also used to have a 24g cube and I ran two spray bars off a SCWD and a Mag7 pump. I also used to koralia 1 for supplimental flow.
