Moon Lights - Do They Work

My new setup has a couple moon lights, to date I only had them on for a couple hours in the evening. Do you use these? Do they make a difference to the corals? When and how long do you run them?

The corals won't care, it's mostly for effect, IMO. Nice for late night viewing.
