![]() ... in this huge upset. 8)
http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Cricket/20.../24565-cp.html The best quote I've heard so far, on the radio this morning: "Canada, with a team of amateurs defeated a team full of pros from Bangladesh in cricket. I have no idea how the scoring works but we had a bigger number than them in the end." ![]()

![]() Cricket is a cool game, I thought it looked pretty dumb till a spent half a year in australia. It works similar to baseball, but one game is played over a couple days(long) thats why the scores are always in the 100s. The idea is for the pitcher to hit the wickets (or sticks) behind the batter. The batter and pitcher stand in the middle of a large round field, with two sets of wickets about the same distance as in baseball. the batter at on set the pitcher at the other. when the batter hits the ball he runs back and forth between the wickets, each time gaining a point, he can be tagged out the same as in baseball. other then that im not really fimular with the rules
