Default crazy powder blue tang

Hello,

I just added two Bartlett's Anthias to my 120 g reef tank. Problem is my powder blue tang instantly started going crazy and running all the fish in the tank, especially the anthias. This has never happened before with any new fish addition. I currently have all the lights out but I am looking for advice as to what else I can do to give the anthias a chance.

HELP!

Mathew

Default Mirror

stick a mirror on one end of the tank. THEN he will really go nuts at his clone and leave the other fish alone until they have time to settle in.
make sure the mirror is on the outside so the tang doesn't hurt itself on the edge trying to attack the mirror.

And take video footage. I've always wanted to see a crazy fish attacking its own reflection

It's pretty neat to watch. He seems to be settling down a little now after I bribed him with some nori and the anthias are getting braver, almost like they are taunting him.

Will try the mirror if he gets worse.

Thanks,

Mathew

1.Keep the lights out for a day and you should add additional fish only when it is dark.
2. If you can move the rock where the tang overnights. He than is focused on finding a new home rather than the new additions to the tank.
