Default Is my RS135 dialed in?

I'm wondering if my Euroreef RS135 has been dialed in properly after all this time.

I removed the little ball valve for the airline because I figured more airflow was better.

The water level is about 1-1/4" above the output input tube of the unit.

I have the riser tube adjusted so that when I fire up the unit, 20 minutes afterwards the bubble foam is level with the bottom of the collection cup.

I fill up the whole cup in about 4 days. I have 5 fish which I feed moderately.

Reason I'm wondering is I've been having a burst of macroalgae, and I'm wondering if my skimmer's pulling out what it should.
