Aquarium FIsh magazine may 2005 owners

Hey guys I got the new AFM and seen these phillip bulbs on page 23. It is under the picture of the Maroon. It is the page where "How to set up a water garden" cullumn begins. Anyone ever see lights like this and/or run them or know where one could get them?

Also anyone see the filter on page 43. Bottom left corner. They look cool. The Freedom Filter. Anyone heard of these or use them?
