I installed one of these (without the removable weir), and it is a really excellent product at a great price! Super easy install. I emptied an 8' tank down to about 6" of water, drilled the two holes in the back, and had the overflow installed and tank refilled in about 2 hours. Pretty sweet for retrofit applications.

What did you do to keep the cutter cool without dumping water all over the floor while drilling vertically?
