Default Dc10000 gen 2

Anyone running this pump?
Does it run quietly? Any other thoughts positives negatives.... I remember the gen 1s had some issues
Was planning to use the vertex V6 but can find a headloss curve and will have around 6+' of head so worried about adequate flow
Cheers VR

No, it's not quiet. Slight humm noise nothing unbearable like the old mo40s but somehow it's louder in the my bedroom which is right next to the room the tank is situated. Besides that, I really have no complaints.

I'm looking for (the wife demands) vertex/RE quiet!!
Don't really wanna shell out 1200 for the RE speedy... Some folks complain about the quality of service from RE as well.
