Default A interesting read

Anyone got a tank in there bedroom and like the moonlights on ?

"Blue light regulates our secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone. Exposed to blue light, we limit the production of melatonin, and we stay alert and awake; in the absence of blue light, melatonin production ramps up, and we get sleepy"

I keep my moonlights on from 8pm till 11pm so I can sleep properly. But I do keep a light on in the room since I am afraid of ghosts

My tank is on from 5:30am just before I wake up and off at 6:30pm and ever since I have been sleeping better.
