Default ick

I've bought a baby regal tang, and it has gotten ick.
Any tips for getting rid of it?

The only real option. But at this point, the tang is probably in the tank, so all the fish have it now.
The question should be "I'm buying a new fish, what should I do before I put it in my tank"!

Feed them raw minced garlic, that may help... Other than that maybe run a uv sterilizer and hope for the best.

I have had good results in the past with crushing fresh garlic on a piece of nori and soaking it in the oil.

Ich usually isn't a problem if you have a healthy tank, garlic does also seems to help. I wouldn't try to catch him to QT at this stage, the stress on a fish already with ich would likely kill him. I've had the odd fish with a few spots on them that just disappeared in a couple days nerer to be seen again without doing anything for them at all. I also wouldn't add any type of medication into the DT.
