Default Longnose butterfly may have ICH :(

I think it's Ich?? Everything looked great yesterday, but toda, go to change water and notice my Longnose is all covered in white spots. Kinda like flakes, Dandruff comes to mind. Never seen it before and all other tankmates seem just fine. No pet stores open tomorrow, and I dont have a quarantine tank set up. What can I do????

hit them with the garlic capsules I have always had a bottle of concentrated garlic in the pills take some flake food and open up the capsules of garlic. Pour it on there that will slow them down for now i use the 1500 mg ones. Use about 3 of them ,but your skimmer will stop fior about 5-7 hours .
