Default Can Anyone confirm if Krylon Fusion is safely submersable?

Is it true that Krylon Fusion paint is ok even on the inside of aquariums? I've heard lots of stuff stating that it is ok, and not much on the negative side. I would really like to paint my overflow instead of plastering it with acrylic if I can get away with it.

I was asking someone else this exact same question yesterday and I'd love to know as well. The only downside to Krylon, if it is reef-safe, is that is can be scratched fairly easy. I've been wondering if there are any reef-safe adhesive-backed black vinyl sheets that could be used for the same purpose.

Both my standpipes inside my overflow are painted with Krylon Fusion, been that way for over a year and not a problem.
