Default Who uses rowaphos

Just woundering who uses rowaphos and what do you like or dislike about it??

I use it in one of the tanks I maintain here in my town. No complaints and thinking about switching over to that instead of GFO on my own system.

Do you run it with anything else? And thanks again for the mesh I got it today in the mail!!

Wow that was quick.
No it's not run with anything else. I change it out every 6 weeks.

You need to test your phosphate to determine if you need to change it out, for me I change every month but other do it every 2-4 month. Its all depend on your fish load.

I'm using it in my 90g reef tank. So far after adding the live rock and live sand, setting up etc. my phosphates are at the low end of what my test kit will measure.

I use it in my tank, works awesome was skeptical cause you need so little.I went through it initially a little quick cause my phosphates were higher around .25 but now its leveled out at 0.05 or less on the ELos test kit and noticeably more coral growth just in the last 2-3 weeks

I just run it in my canister filter beside the carbon as a media reactor

Just setup my rowaphos reactor, hopefully my hair alge disappears!
