Default ai sol light setup

im considering get ai sol leds, my question is my tank is 48''l 18''w and 30'' d with a center brace, im think of getting 3 of them but i dont want to install them high above tank cause where my couch is im gonna get the light right in the face, now will 3 be good 3 inchs awl with center brace?
or would 4 be better running them perpendicular?

You will not get a very good spread.mine are. 12in high that seemed to to get the best results on my 240 at 30" . By the way you will love those lights

its not too bad actually, mine is 12" above my tank, the lenses seem to keep most of the light in the tank and not in your face, mines right beside my couch too

might be ok, but you might get a bit of shadow from the brace, hard to say. some have done only 2 on a 4 footer, but 3 or 4 allows more room for sps i think
