Default carrying frags onto plane within Canada?

Does anyone know if you can carry a bag or small box of coral frags onto the plane with you via AC or Wesjet?

Security might complain due to a liquid content over 100ml. Unless you get zoa's and are going dryish.

You can check them without issue. But you definitely can't carry them on.

So checking them in a small card board box is all good? I will try that, thank you.

A styrofoam box if what you need.
Cardboard will get distroyed.

And you neede to check it as delicate cargo. It goes on a seperate belt at the airport.

Default My experiences

I often travel to edmonton and shop for livestock every time. I haven't had any problems checking in a box at either Westjet or Air canada. That is between Edmonton & Yellowknife. I wouldn't imagine Westjet would be any different across Canada. What I found with some smaller carriers is that they want 24 hr notice.
