30 gal cube frag tank
I finally got around to tearing down my old planted tank and decide to try and build a stand/cabinet for it. Its a 32 gallon ADA cube Garden 60x45x45 cm. One on the right..
I built a 2x4 frame, then put pine sheeting to cover it up. Threw on some mouldings and ta daa, a new tank stand. I put the sump on a shelf as i want to connect this system to my main system later and i needed it high enough to drain onto my other sump. It is a bit tight but everything fits. I went with rubble and smaller live rock as i want pieces to glue frags too..and as much as i love the look of sand im still taking it out of my other tank, slow slow process... time to cycle |

Thanks, still have to get some doors on.. I'm happy with the way it turned out. It's not perfect and I learnt a bunch, but for a first go at cabinet making, I'm happy.

fragged some neon kenya tree that was being covered by a carpet anenome and dying slowly, just cut all the branches off and dropped them on to the loose live rock and wait for them to attach.
also added a few quiet fish, a multi banded pipefish and a yellow clown goby: |
