Default Fluval lab series phosphate remover in my reactor?

So I have some fluval lab series phosphate remover and I was wondering if this would work in my reactor after replacing my gfo. My gfo is due for a replacement and I have this stuff. I also have some bagged fluval gfo stuff and I was wondering if that go in my reactor as well? Any thoughts would be great!

Thanks!
