FS 70gal custom rimless tank

Hey everyone, just downsized so now I need to find a new home for my beautiful custom (professionally) built 70gal rimless display tank. Dims are 30" x 24" x 24", is reef ready with a corner overflow, and includes all three bulkheads, standpipes, and locline return pipes.

Looking for $225 for it (cost about $600 to have it built). Local pickup in the lower mainland, can arrange to meet in the middle if you're coming from way out in Van or Chwk. Will try to add photos soon, in the meantime pm for pics.
