looking to build calcium reactor

Does anyone have plans or know a good link for a good DIY calcium reactor.

I have very limited DIY skills so I am looking for something very easy to make. Also.... where is the cheapest place to buy a 10lb cylinder.

If anyone has one already built that they want to sell, I would look at

that as well.
