hey guys i moved my fish tank out of my ex girl friends house and i left the sand bed alone and by the time i got it to its new home it was some what stired and i did think it would be to bad but now it is horrible my claim died and my coral are all shrunk.also before i did any water changes all my worms were out and they were moving alout it looked like they didnt want to be in th sand bed . so i did 1 25% water change yesterday with water from my upstairs mature tank and today i did 1 25% water change with newly mixed water . doeas any one have any other suggestions ?

Sounds like you are doing the right things too me. Just hope it stabalizes again which it should.
