Flat worm question

I seem to have picked up some flatworms, likely with some new rock I added. They are starting to appear on the glass and substrate. How can I limit their spread or, better yet, eliminate them without removing bits from the tank? I did a fresh water dip with the new rock but they must be hardy little buggers.
