yellow long nose-- healthy or not?

I have had a yellow long nose for about three months now. I cured a small fungus outbreak when i first got it but now even after being in QT the whole time it still has white patches on its face. Not like ich but like scale deterioration. But it is only contained to small parts on the black of its face, and it doest appear to be getting any worse or better. Ive tried everything, cupramine, para guard, melafix etc.. Is it something longnoses just have or does someone have other suggestions. It eats everything and is looking fat and healthy except for that. Any help would be appreciated.
