Gallery Pics

I was trying to post pics in my Gallery but they are too big.Now I have been searching for the Q&A but I cant seem to find it.I also got side tracked by all the other info I found there that I have never seen anyways...Can someone email me or PM me or reply to tell me how to make my pics smaller so I can place them in a gallery.Somehow I also lost my avatar...gone bye bye somewheres.....no where to be found either.....

Hello,

Open your phot in Paint, click on Image->Stretch, and enter the amount you want it to resize. For example, if you want it to be 50% of it's original size, enter 50%.
