Default Caulerpa question

I bought some rocks and it is covered with caulerpas. I like to keep a few like this since i am thinking of building a sump. But i would also like to put some in my main tank.

How can i get rid of the caulerpa in my rocks?any biological control for these? heard of foxface...any other?

These are grape caulerpas. They look great and wish i can keep them, but i do not want them going asexual in the main tank.

Thank you.

Grape caulerpa is highly invasive. It will take over the tank & cover up some corals. Tangs & foxface eat it but how big is your tank because most of these fish (other than Kole tangs) generally get fairly large & need big tanks.

Prolifera, red halimenia & especially chaeto are more desirable macros in a main tank.

Anthony
