Ack another unknown worm

I just saw the sickest thing in my tank today. This worm like thing came out from under/out of a rock and squirted this "stuff" all over then went back into the rock....HELP what the hell was it. Looked like another earthworm, what do I do with it. Frick frick frick... just when things are starting to look up.
