Instant Ocean reef crystals

I'm going to change over to IO reef crystals, who out there uses this salt with a reef tank and how do you like it compared to regular IO salt.

Hey! I never "LEFT" the hobby, just doing fresh water now. Which is still listed as part of Canreef if I'm not mistaken.
