I am not he handiest guy but i had such a blast doing my kitchen last summer that i just started redoing a kitchen in the basement suite. They make everything virtually idiot proof these days. Home D staff seem to really know their stuff but the seminars kinda talk down to you a bit. only trouble i ran into was doing my own countertops, it is pretty tough if you have to cut them or run a seam. The cabinets available these days are so easy you will be tempted to put them together without the instructions. Read the instructions! o0nce completely b4 u start and then as u go. have fun. looks like there is enough experience around the site you w\ill have tons of advice.
