Default Feeding my sun coral, brains?

I just got a sun coral the other day and I have a green and a red open brain. I was told that I would have to ffed the sun coral manually. Can anyone tell me what is the best time of day to feed it? Also, what should I be feeding both the sun coral and the brains?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I find my sun corals polyps come out after I feed the fish. So generally, I feed the fish and then feed the sun coral 5 mins later. I feed them both mysis :P

Default sun coral

I feed my sun coral mysis+DT or fortified brine+DT about 1 hr after the lights go out...that is when mine is fully open, about 3 times per week. This was recommended to me by the previous owner and seems to work so far..seems happy polys are growing and multipying.
Just FYI sun corals do better under a shelf or a little cave than in direct light....good luck.
