Default Little worms

My tank is past the cycle now, algae is growing, but the chaeto and the Clean up crew seem to be beating it back fairly well, slowed down growth rate for sure.

Anyways,
all over my rock and such I have little black worms, I am assuming that I have a bristle worm infestation, however I would like your opinions. I have some crappy camera, however I can not get a decent pic, as the worms are still in the .25 to .5 inch length, and tiny around.
