Default What size and brand of pump for closed loop?

What siz and brand of pump do you need for a 300 gallon if you were gonna go with a closed loop system instead of powerheads?

6 outlets. 1 intake.

Im using a Sicce 4200 series. I guess it all depends on what your inlets and outlets are sized as, as well as what do you want to achieve with your closed loop?

Or maybe a Reeflo Hammerhead. Depending on the diameter of your plumbing of course. There is a used one here: http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/sho...ght=hammerhead

lot depends on where the pump will be. I've got a Dart on my CL and is okay with it below the display, but no way would I have my standard Barracuda on the CL due noise.

my snapper pump at 2600G/hr has alot of suction with only 1 inlet...........................
other than that im happy with reeflo pumps

maybe try a dart? 3600 G hr so thats 600 g/hr per outlet which flows pretty quick thru 3/4 PVC
