interesting read.... however Sorra seems to be headed for the home front first using these GaN substrates.

also check their faq page http://www.soraa.com/technology/q-and-a .. the leds looks very crisp compared to my costco par bulbs in my living room which indeed produces multiple shadows.

I assume only time before brigelux, philips, GE Cree , Epistar also starts making led take 2.
Maybe write them if they would consider other LED uses soon.
