Default Radion powered 93g Cube sps / zoanthid reef

Hello,

It’s been a while since I have posted anything about my tank. I used to have a thread going about my 50g sps tank but it crashed after 3 years when I tried to clean the tank and prepare it for the move to my new house and new 93g cube tank.

Tank Profile:
93 gallon cube w built in over flow
3000gph flow aprrox
Bubble magus skimmer
Ecotech radion led with TIR lens and 4Xt5 (2x ati blue plus / 2x ati aqua blue)
Manual does calcium and alk with homemade two part mix
440cal / 8dkh / 78f

Here are some pictures of my new tank which has been up for about 4 months and is begging to take off. These pictures were taken at night with an iphone when my lights begin to go off so the color is not accurate. I will take more pictures this weekend when the lights are all on and everything is opened up. I will try and use a DSLR camera. Any questions or comments are welcome.

The last pick on the thread is a galaxy birdnest coral. I can get the scientific name for you but I don't know it off hand. It was one of my favorites and it began as a tiny frag I saved for a friend.

Sorry wrong picture. The last pic is a green Monti digi and a red Monti digi and a acro blue stag. I don't know the name of the blue stag is was a rescue grown from frags as well.

Here are some pics of my 93g reef with my DSLr camera. No flash or tripod was used. I had a very hard time getting the pics to turn out they way I wanted because LED’s are not easy to photograph with and I couldn’t stay as still as i needed.

Comments and questions are welcome.

Quick update. I swapped out two ati blue plus bulbs and added two ati pure actinics. The radios as with most led fixtures are missing LEDs in the 420 nm range which can effect certain corals. I think it will help solve why I have fast growth in some colonies and no growth in others. I will post some more pics in a few weeks to compare progress.

On a side note exotech is releasing an upgrade for the radion Which has a multie LEDs In the 400- 430 nm range. The upgrade won't be ready for at least 4 months.

Here are a couple of pics I took with my iPhone 5 of some new colonies I bought. The colonies are large in comparison to the others I have so I had to move all of the corals around to make room. I am not sure if I like the way I have everything because I feel it’s off balance.
