an ice cube to the tootsies sometimes works.......I usually bribe them off the rock with a Tim Hortons card....once I get an edge of the foot starting to come off the rock I slide a finger under there and tickle them and they usually let go

I use one side of my tweezer to get underneth part of the footing then slide my finger under and slowly peel it of the rock . I have sold at 4-5 rsbt by using the same removal method without any problems.

I find that the best way is to take a eye dropper and just keep squeezing it aimed at the foot and it comes off pretty easy
