Can we please stop posting all coral pictures under actinics. I'm sure it must help to sell them faster but i'm sure most people want to know what a coral is going to look like for the 8 hours a day that their main lights are on not just the 2 hour sunrise/set simulation.

Use your imagination or if you would like see something under different lighting submit a request. What you prefer isn't necessarily what others prefer and pictures are often misleading. Comments like this are not helpful to anyone.

+1. How he chooses to post is really up to him.

I am sure if you are going to buy something specific, he will accommodate you.

I have a few corals at home that I can't wait for the actinic cycle. As nice as they are under full light... the blue makes them pop!

I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

I'm not just trying to pick on this one vendor, that wasn't my intent, it seems to be everybody does it this way and I guess this time I wanted to comment about it. Sure its natural for someone selling goods to try to show them at their best which for alot of corals is under actinics, but I think it would be great if vendors started maybe posting both actinics and daylights so you can see what things will look like under both conditions.

For peoples personal photos that they post, some of my favorite shots are the ones done under actinics but I don't think its right to try to sell a product this way as it can be a little misleading. I know that you can request other photos but you shouldn't have to. (My opinion)

Anyways I've said my piece and don't think we should tie up this vendors thread anymore. Possibly a topic for a different forum.

Maybe start a Poll....
