Default Water change rack.needs review

Alright, so I picked up 3 30 gallon long today, and now they are on a rack directly below my tank.

Basically on is for fresh, one is for mixing , and one is for quarantine.

I want to be able to pump fresh or mixed water up stairs. And also drain dirty water down the same line.

So on the the floor will be a valve on a hose. With some sort of siphon start I can remove at will.

Down below is where im trying to figure out.

This is what I drew up. Can anyone see any flaws in the system? Or perhaps some suggestions to optimize it?

Also is there such thing as submersible pumps that can handle a floor and a half of head height ? It doesn't need to be stupid fast like 100 -150 GPh I think would be fine.

Please review drawing the yellow mini lines are valves
