Spare 4ft T5 fixture with almost new bulbs $80

I have an extra 4ft T5 fixture with relatively new bulbs, one a Geissemann. It has a built in fan, a huge plus.

How many bulbs does the fixture have? any brand or model?

It has 2 bulbs but don't see a brand name on it other than Current.
