looking for a 36 long with a 2 bulb fixture and lunar leds... i already have a mh pendant. looking for somethin not too expensive

i might go with the current usa orbit model...but its CF... im only looking to put actinics however so does it matter? these cf give off 96x2 watts compared to 2x39 watts with the t5 ho. is there a difference in quality
