Did you check Golds.
I just bought my 250 there and they were saying something about 150 watts that they had!! Not positive they were Phoenix though

yes i do as a matter of fact, had one come with my tank and i switched to a radium 20k de. When i bought he said it was 2 weeks old, add a month i used it with some saftey factor built in its about 2 months old. let me know what your willing to pay
