Default UV sterilizers

OK, I've got a new tank on order, arrives in 5 weeks. Salesman is trying to convince me I need a UV sterilizer to go with it. I currently run a 60 gallon with no problems, new tank will be 360 gallons. Do I really need this?

They're nice to have, but not necessary at all. Most UVs that I see are undersized/underpowered for their tanks in any event. You also have to be careful about dwell time - too much water flow renders them ineffective. Plus, replacement bulbs and quartz sleeves are definitely not cheap either.
