Default baffles

hi in the last post i made we are upgrading to a 90g and the 33 sump doesnt seem to have the baffles in the right space...we want a bigger return for when we are out of town the protien skimmer is 4' and is a counter current skimmer simalier to this

that sits to the left hand side of the tank
any suggestions on where and how high to place the baffles
also we like to have a small ref.

baffles normally go inbetween where your skimmer is and the return section. height of baffles will be dependant on how much water your sump can hold. If you are using a pump to push water into your skimmer, you can have any height baffle really
