Default heat = missing cloves??

I just got back to Calgary from a 15 day trip in Mexico and most of my fish are alive! and most of my corals.. so I'm happy, no system crashes. However my wicked green cloves are gone..?weird I think either the crabs found a taste for them or the heat might have got to them. I hear there were some very high temps when i was gone and the fan that was on the tank died... I'm sure the temp went over 86.

Also I had several freshwater fish die and my surviving and amazing blue ram is gasping for its last breath..I did a 75% water change b/c I have NO clue what the problem is, I hope it lives through the night.

my algae is getting worse also, I think I need to put some serious effort into fixing it.

going on a long trip is scary. thanks to all guys that offered to help in case of emergency.

Oh ya I have no pictures b/c i couldn't rent any diving cameras...but I saw some wild stuff like schools of hundreds of blue tangs circling me, crazy freshwater aquarium fish in the jungle caves and basically every aquarium fish except clowns and Pacific fish...(I did a lot of diving,..)
