Wanted ~40 lbs live rock and 24 " power halide fixture

I decided to add more work by starting a small 30 gallon bow front at home but need a 24" fixture for salt water and approximately 40lbs of decent live rock. I may also be interested in an anenome with a pair of clowns as well as anything reef safe and happy in a 30 gallon.
