Default Clown Fish Disease

Hi

I have recently had a clown fish die of what i think was clown fish disease (brooklynella), and now my Royal Gramma seems to have a skin irritation as he keeps rubbing himself on the rocks. Does anyone know if Royal Gramma can also get clown fish disease or should i treat it as ich. He is still eating which is one good thing i guess

Its an opportunistic parasite and will attack any fish....just more common in Clowns.
