Default Probe Port for Ca Reactor

Does anyone know how to make a port for my ph probe to go in my reactor. Is there a fitting of some kind out there?

Does the reactor have positive pressure? If so, I would place the probe at the effluent outlet instead of thru the reactor chamber.
