Having reading swing over a 100 points [ from 367 down to 189 ]
Ozone-mg/hr set at 98...
How does one go about setting it for around 40 point swing?
Nothing dead in tank

Is the Aquazone Plus variable? Regardless, the safest way to do it is with an ORP monitor/controller.

The Aquazone plus is a monitor controller, the set point can vary + or - 10%.
Not sure what your asking but with the switch at set point you dial the desired ORP level.
Did you do a water change? My ORP can drop a 100 points every time I do a change. Moving or cleaning the probe can cause a big change as well.

If this is brand new unit it take long time to read stadily. (should be in the manual)

The problem I had is no longer a problem...As what was explained to me by a friend, that at times when probs are to close together they may interact, so I moved ozone prob to the far side of prob holder...all is well
