Talking A good laugh

I received a call today from someone wanting to know how to keep the 2 lobster that he had just bought from safeway as pets.
After I found out that the guy was actually serious..I tried to answer a couple of questions..
When I asked if he had a tank set up, he replied that he had an habitat set up..not sure what that meant so I just left that alone.
then he asked me how much table salt he should add to the water..
At that point..I told him to do research on the net...but apparently he thought I should have all the questions cuz he kept asking them..what do they eat..how long will they live in the bag for..etc..etc..
After a few more futile questions, I told him the best thing to do would be to put the 2 lobsters in a pot with the table salt and a couple of teaspoons of butter and put the burner to high.
Apparently, He didnt' like that advice or have a sense of humour or so the dial tone would dictate...
Just thought I would share this with people...as it certainly made my afternoon.

Here's a good laugh that happened to me tonight at my expense. My wife and I wednesday night did some brick work on the front of our house and had 30 extra bricks. I placed them out in front of my rear garage door as a landing or pad. Tonight I was busy and my wife Rhonda decided to fill the cracks in with sand. I told her I had 3 bags of play sand in my garage. When I got home she happily pronounced that instead of using the new unopened play sand bags she found some used sand I had 5 gallon buckets. After realizing that it was aragonite fine sand for my 220 I could only say 3 words. Good Job Honey!!!

She thought it was used sand and sand is sand to her. I will patiently go over the different types of sand and their subsequent costs. LOL

Further to this...I called a LFS in Edmonton after no one in Winnipeg would help me, to find out proper parenting skills for a lobster.... after he made some jokes at my expense following some serious questions I had, I was so perturbed.....
